Due to any leaking roof repairs or as they call it, lack of maintenance or even geyser problems. It is like when a geyser burst or even when your water pipes in the ceiling space starts leaking. Maintenance is a problem
If it happened that it is due to lack of maintenance, then it will not only be the maintenance cost of the roof repairs, it will add up to the ceilings that needs to be replaced and even in severe cases, it happened to flow over to the structural wood of the roof that will also be in the maintenance cost. Ceilings have a lot of reasons, or as we say, that plays a big role in every structure. Firstly, the ceilings helps to keep the dust out of the building that’s been blown in under the roof or between the roof tiles. Another reason for putting ceilings in a house is to make it look presentable. A lot of different ceilings that can be fitted and all of the will have differant kind of ceiling damages. You can look at suspended ceilings that are normally used in an industrial or office environment.
Then you also get rhinolited ceilings, or plastered ceilings as they may call it, that can be used to create decorative ceilings. You also get pvc ceilings and even ceiling tiles that can be glued on. Another common ceiling is a polystyrene ceiling that is made out of a high density polystyrene that’s been used for isolation purposes as well.
Differant ceiling material
There are a lot of different kind of material needed to create a ceiling or to fix a damages ceiling. You will start off with your brandering to create a framework for the ceiling, and that framework will be secured to the roof structure, or as they call it, the rafters. Between the rafters on top of the ceiling framework is isolation to regulate the climate in the room. There are different kind of frame work that can be used, and that is either a wooden framework or a steel framework.
The framework been secured to the roof structure and the ceiling will be secured against the framework at the bottom. To round of the ceiling on the side against the wall, you use a molded material to form a shape to bring the wall and ceiling together, and they call it cornices. It is normally made out of polystyrene and rhino cornices.
